Glass ballast tube question

It is Motorola number 17A485459 , it was from a TS-4J chassis , would this work in a TS-18 chassis ?
Ah I just looked at the SAMs and it show the same number , anyone know if SAMs is accurate ?

Yes it's the same number for the ts18.
