It was and 32" screen all tube/hybrid tv set?

Some one talled me that he had seen on the internet and all tube/hybrid tv set, that had and screen 31"-32" and had 100,000 V anodic voltage!

(the 100,000 V where delivered by 2 wires, each of them delivering 50,000 V). A set like this ever existed?
