Thank you for taking time to give good advice over a week ago. I apologize for not responding sooner. ( ~Repeated newbie log-on issues plus overwhelming allergy problems and sequelae kept me away from Videokarma for a while.) My daughter will likely attempt to download "new" firmware and load it, as you recommend, but not this week. She's overtaken by events affecting the reopening of her small business in crazy CA after this horrible shutdown, and TV, all TV, must be of secondary importance right now. If the re-load succeeds, it will be posted here with a big nod to you. If it fails, then hardware diagnostics will ensue. More later, and again, I apologize for not getting back to you sooner.Thanks!
