ETF Goodies Thread -- What treasures did you haul home?

Post your purchases and finds.

I had made deals for the Motorola 21CT2M, DuMont Club 20, 10 inch Bendix, 12 inch Sylvania, and CTC-9 before hand.

The only thing I was stupid enough to buy was the museum's UST leather covered projection set. Will be making a trip back to Hilliard to load up the UST and some smaller stuff later.

What'd you guys find?

I wasn't there, but the CTC-10 I made a deal on beforehand was. It's on it's way to Wisconsin now. I still have a CRT at the museum that I have to figure out how to get here...

I got everything I planned to and then some.

Prearranged: RCA 21CT55, Danish modern Zenith 23" color, 12 boxes of U-Matic/1" type C/ EIAJ 1/2" tapes and decks for the former two, plus some odds and ends.

Auction: The only known complete double-D mask variant Philco 48-1000, Sylvania dualette, Blond Hoffman hotel set, GE locomotive, 15" Sears color, parts.

Surprise finds, test jig, cheap 7JP4, some 'interesting' speakers.

It dawned on me on the way home that I didn't come home with even one television. NOT FREAKING ONE!!

All the sets I ended up getting, other people wanted more than I did....and I took a couple small losses on things I changed my mind on. I did get a whole bunch of awesome 1920s radios and speakers, tubes, 3 CTC-15 parts chassis, and a Collins R-390A among other stuff

Parts are in a bubble wrapped bag inside the set. Took this just before Tom loaded it

Excellent scores! Lemme know if you decide to sell the Sears portable, I'd be interested.

One of the items I picked up was this up this ancient homebrew crystal radio from Tom (Electronic M), and found out that it was made from plans released from the US Bureau of Standards in 1922.

After a few hours of guesswork and research followed by understanding how it works, I installed a 1N4001 diode in place of the missing crystal detector and BOOM! I'm listening to Lou Rawls on a 95 year old radio with no power source!!!
