Can anyone ID this VTVM?

Hi
My name is Javier. I just joined and was hoping someone might be able to ID this meter I bought on Ebay. It's missing the cover. Also missing is a plate that went on top and proibably had the model number and mfg

http://www.ebay.com/itm/390556030613...84.m1439.l2648

Any help with IDing this or sourcing a replacement cover would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Javier

That looks like a WW II military unit, made by a few companies, such as Phaostron.

Not high performance but of course well made.
