Does anyone repair NEC PM-1971A Monitors?

I am looking to send off my 1986 NEC-PM1971a, 19 inch monitor to have it repaired.I Have had no luck in finding a schematic or parts or someone locally that wants to attempt to repair it. The monitor was in storage for several years. when its turned on, it just flashes then goes into hv shutdown. We narrowed the problem down to an issue on the flyback transformer. It came out of an expensive piece of Las Vegas Gaming equipment from the 1980s which is out of business. Let me know if anyone here can help point me in the way to have the monitor restore or recycled as this monitor was specifically designed for this piece of Las Vegas gaming equipment to work properly. Thanks
