The home in the first four pictures does have the "lived-in" look.
The set-top antenna is in several different places in the four pictures. It must've been hard to get decent reception in that location.
I never saw a sofa with that kind of arm, where the cushion was part way under the arm.
The TV, that a good question? It looks like an Admiral, turned upside down.
To me, it could be an East-coast make, Olympic, CBS Columbia!
Not enough of the front is visible.
