Okay I figured it out. The marker and the RF output are combined via R12, 220 Ohms.
You remove that resistor and run the marker from the wiper of the Marker Size control to a separate jack. You can use the Ext Marker jack for this, by disconnecting it from C5, a .001 uF capacitor. Now you can inject the marker anywhere you like, independent of the sweep output. |
