CTC-7 in Sacramento, CA - $225
Looks like it's in nice condition. Seller says "it works", but who knows what that really means.

Hey, don't diss my Pensbury!
![]() I have a CTC-7 in that cabinet (a nice player) and never thought of it as a Grandma style set, but I get your point. Even worse to me is the light colored Colonial (or is it Early American) furniture style; I grew up in a house full of that rubbish and it always yells "cheap" to me. FWIW, that price seems fair if the CRT is good. Regards, Phil Nelson Phil's Old Radios https://antiqueradio.org/index.html |

I have a maple veneer Pensbury in the garage awaiting warmer weather. It must be disassembled to get it into the basement. Good 21CY.

I too find the Pennsbury to be a bit "grandma"-ish, but I still wouldn't kick a CTC-7 outta bed...
