I left comments there -

It appears to me that this film was really badly faded, and the color restoration was very heroic but couldn't restore any blues or yellows. When the camera viewfinders are seen, they appear green. My guess is that they were the usual blue-white P4 phosphor, but the film, balanced for the studio tungsten lights, saw them as quite blue; the film then faded badly, and the restoration changed them to green.

What is that guy doing, walking through the set with a slick, shiny, red television. Is it a monitor, teleprompter or something else?

It looks all the world to me like a Graflex Speed Graphic type camera without its' film holder. The ground glass is used to focus before the film holder is inserted.
