Zenith SS2504EW9 25" Sentry 2 console, september 1992

Another console rescue. This one as you can see in the pics is almost a flat line. Should be an easy fix. Where to start.

easy look for a 35v 100uf or 1000uf cap by the vert out put ic.

Resolder vert IC while your there also.
99.9% its an electrolytic and/or the IC.

I agree on the capacitors and resoldering the IC. Don't run it anymore until you take care of these problems because you may blow the IC. Much to my surprise, the CRT still looks pretty good.

Thats what i was thinking too. Especially for a 92. Thanks guys, i'll check it out.
