What appears to be a nuvistor on one of the glasses would place them in a time period at least a few years forward of the seller's guesstimate. Then there's a transmitting tube(?), an image dissector(??)...and some other gadgets I don't recognize at all.

There's another set of glasses that the seller claims is from the 1939 Worlds Fair?

I have one of those "world's fair" glasses, the seller I gave a lot of money to for it claimed it was from the late 40s or early 50s, they pop up on eBay every once and a while, but not in such large sets.
