1989 RCA color track stereo monitor (died need help)

This RCA console TV from 1989 was given to me as a gift. The tv worked for a few months without any trouble until one day. I turned the TV on and the tv maybe was on for 5 minutes. Then TV turned off and wouldn't turne back on. The only thing I have done so far is test power cord for resistance and it measures open so I think the fuse or some other component went open or bad in the PSU. This is just a guess I have not done anything else with the set and I won't be for a while because the TV is in storage and I have no place to use the TV at this time.
