Congratulations. I’m not positive but I think it was exclusively for the Worthington. Edit: I believe all other RCA sets used a four function remote.

Yes, me too. I never saw another tv set that use this remote control.
However I've the schematic diagrams of its ultrasonic receiver, and there are two slightly different models with this 14 function remote transmitter. If I remember right, maybe they used different tubes. Probably they were used in the same Worthington tv sets.

Notice the television in the advertisement appears to be missing the pull out drawer for the remote on the left. This may explain the two versions.
