On Fixya.com, I found the following remote codes for KTV televisions:
Remote codes for KTV with RCA RCR 311S are: 1004, 1035, 1046, 1065, 1068, 1078, 1083, 1123, 1127 One of these codes should work with your TV. Most universal remotes are programmed to operate most (if not all) recent-model TVs, VCRs, DVD players, Roku and other Internet TV devices and, in many cases, audio and stereo gear as well; the code list is generally found at the back of the instruction manual, although in some cases the codes are on a sheet of paper separate from the manual. Simply enter the code for your brand, press the appropriate button on the remote to lock it in, and it should work. You may have to try several codes before you find the correct one. If more than one code operates your TV, use the one that operates all or most of the functions of the set.
