Can you indentifiy this very old car

Oh hey! It's that guy. Someone on youtube... I believe one of those people that restore old film footage... actually looked up the license plate and found the names of the people in that car. Though, minus the chauffeur, I believe. In that video, he mentions the car name. Look it up.

Holly smoke! Finding the car indetified is great, but talking about that people
 In Romania we had (before the '40's) public recored of cars too. I wonder how G.D.P.R. generation will react to that. I wonder if some one tryed to identify the lady from the left of this picture: https://www.alamy.com/passengers-in-...155062714.html
