Motorola SS 100 Stereo/color tv console

Don't know anything about these things. Looking for history and value. This is in Tennessee. Everything works. It even has the original needle on record player and the attachment to play 45s. I took the back off and the tv has tubes. Any help would be GREATLY appreciate. Not sure if I want to keep it or sell it.
