Zephyr ZR-930 performance ?

I am looking at a Zephyr ZR-930, it really looks sharp. It seems these are rare and collectors want them. I don't care about how rare radios are when I get them, I just like the older stuff, and I listen to the radios I have every day.
Could any one tell me just how good a receiver the ZR-960 is. I found reviews but they just say how nice it looks and doesn't mention the radios performance. The radio is black, mint, with a leather case he wants $100. In this range I have a Royal 500-H, I do not expect it to be good as the 500-H comments please.
