That would remind me of the USSR, because I never saw Ostankino-produced footage with domestic colour cameras. Always Thomson or Bosch there.

But have really further B&W cameras after the KOF been imported by Romania? If not it would be interesting to hear when exactly they really last used them and how they managed to keep them in shape for real broadcasting use til the final end.

The KCU 40 with the Timisoara logo is remarkable as well. Either they possessed colour equipment much before using it for real broadcasts, or these were used purchases, because the KCU 40 has in 1975 at the latest been discontinued in favour of the KCK.

Any details about their OBV colour equipment? The vehicle that captured the shootings in the evening of 22 Dec 1989 obviously had Saticon cameras, which, as far as I know, narrows it down to the Japanese manufacturers.
