Picked up a 13" Sony too.

At the same place I found the Panasonic I also picked up this Little Sony KV-13FS110 from 2002.
It had been on the shelf for weeks at $9.97, it even survived several half off days, today it had been marked down to $6.98 so I grabbed it.

The unusual thing about this set is it has Component inputs, it also has S-Video and Composite inputs, three Video inputs in all plus the tuner.

There is a slight flicker in the picture, sort of like the AGC flicker you sometimes get when you try to record from a VCR, possibly it's the old DVD player I'm using, the picture is fantastic overall.
