Input switch for old TVs

I am working on restoring an old 1960s color tv and fell down a rabbit hole for how I am going to feed in content. The plan is to skip past the RF section and splice in RCA component video and audio.

I would like to feed in HDMI from a Roku device, connect an old video game consoles, DVD player, and watch DTV.

Question, has anyone looked into this device from avermedia http://https://www.avermedia.com/us/product-detail/A200P-US-Exclusive. It looks like it will take all types of formats, keep 4:3 content correct and then letter box 16:9 content. It claims to have a zoom mode, so maybe can work around removing letterboxing too? All said is this junk or just perfect for our old TVs?
