But if you get hit you loose an irreplaceable car. GM B- bodies &
Ford Panther bodies were the last really good cars. Up hear anyone that has one will NOT sell them. Taxi companies snap up any that get traded & have under 300K miles. I had to buy a Silverado PU truck cause you cant buy a real car anymore. Damn thing cost me more than my first house that after 25 yrs I sold for abt 15 times what I paid. I dont think that will happen with the PU truck ! 73 Zeno LFOD ! |

I've lived in CA (northern and southern), MI, TN, WI, and AZ, and AZ has the worst drivers of anywhere I've lived by far. No one looks where they're going, people won't let you merge in on the freeway, on which everyone drives 80-100 mph all the time - unless there is a major wreck blocking up the lanes - which there frequently is on the I-10, because everyone on it drives like a lunatic.
I really miss living in the midwest sometimes: that whole Detroit to Chicago area was a major hub of tv-collecting, and you hardly ever see any old stuff of any kind out here. I did find that zenith flashmatic on cl last year, but that's all I've found out here. And the thrift stores here: too expensive, and hardly anything I would want anyway.
