Those boards are not hard to fix, they were the bread butter of shops back in the day. take the board out and reflow everything and at the end of the boards where all of the plugs snap into.

jbattles is right ! Lets fix this damn set ! If its on the 9-160 they
got tons of cold joints over the years. If you can post a video
showing the symptom that would be great.
Yes there are tons of boards out there. BUT used ones will almost
al need some work even if "working". Keep in mind at the time
Zenith sold more TV than anyone, between 20% & 25% of all US
sales. -06 went into over half of 19"-25" sets. So lets get to
fixin this set hopefully with a few inches of solder.
