Tube glue?
What's the best method for re-gluing tubes? It seems that the glue that holds the bases and occasional plate caps onto the tube deteriorates with age, and I have seen several octal base tubes with loose bases. What kind of glue will bond to the bakelite/plastic base and to the glass of the tube, or the metal plate cap to the glass, for that matter?
