Admiral ??

It's hard to tell but this set looks like an Admiral. I can't figure out if it has a CRT in it or if what I'm seeing is just looking through the hole where the CRT shoud be. But then again the set has the knobs and the pencil box door.. can't have that without the chassis unless they are glued on.

Photography at its finest! Good eye to recognize that it might just possibly be an Admiral with the pencil door you are looking for.

I called the seller last night because I couldn't figure out how the knobs would be there without the chassis. He said they were just stuck on there...

He will post a better picture of the PB door. I know there are at least two different PB door styles maybe more. Hope it's the one I need.

Got tired of waiting for this gentleman to post the additional pictures so I went down to San Clamente and took a look at the PB door. It was the exact right one for my 12x11! the knobs had been glued onto the bezel but they popped of easily and the rest came off by removing the small screws. No loss to the original set since the chassis and picture tube had already been thrown away by the owner. The piece is not cracked anywhere but has a little glue goop on it... not sure how to remove that without scratching it.
