I had a '66 Newport for almost twenty years. Sold it when my first child was on the way about a year after I lost covered storage for it. A guy three streets over bought it and hasn't really done much with it except put it in a few movies. It had a 383, power steering, air and manual drum brakes, which never were great performers.

This was my late Brother's 1970 Newport Custom 2-door hardtop. Souped up 383 that would light up the tires in second gear. Had a lot of fun with that car:
