Were the Admirals made in 'straya? Or did they come all the way from Chicago?

There was a notation on the backs of the late 50's, early 60's Admirals, stating all the different countries they were built, Australia being one.
The place looks like a second-hand TV store. The console on the left bottom, looks to be the most modern.
