Best Buy never gave me my refund for an order I cancelled
don't buy anything at BestBuy. they never did a credit card refund after I cancelled an order for a PC I placed the day before, last November. And no, I never picked it up. What is taking them so long, the refund is "pending', So, Best Buy, get off your asses and do it.

Don't be telling me what to do. I have had nothing but good experiences at BB. Don't condemn the whole business for one bad transaction.

Retailers aren't the only ones who can initiate CC action. You can protest the charge with your CC co. and they'll yank that money right back if all is valid.
And yeah, you should focus on telling BB. It may have better results then telling us. |
