Sony SA-WD200 active powered sub no sound

Hooked it up yesterday and noticed it'll go from standby to "on" when receiver is turned on but nothing comes out. I've tried everything and it seems as if the amplifier isn't working right or something gone wrong. I hear a relay click a couple seconds after turning on. Sub is mint otherwise.

First thing I would do is either ohms test the speaker itself or substitute another one to determine if the problem is in the amp or the driver. It's pretty rare but I have seen voice coils go open. And of course make sure all wires are connected...seen that happen too.

Tearing it down revealed this small board. Apparently someone pushed it a bit hard. ICE250A MK3 Bang & Olufsen PowerHouse A/S.
