Anyone recognize this Emerson Stereo?

I am looking for help trying to track down model numbers or any info that might help me obtain the model numbers for the stereo seen below.

It is from the 1980's (probably around 1987). The stereo is an Emerson. I do know that. It has a turntable, cassette tape deck and stereo.

I know it is not worth anything but it belonged to my late brother during our childhood and I'd like to track it down for nostalgia's sake.

Anything you can help with or even a new direction you can send me to help find this info out is more than greatly appreciated. Thank you sincerely.

Looks really similar to an M2200, but not quite.

If you do a search for emerson needles, you can find a list of all models
(http://www.turntableneedles.com/EMERSON_c_24171.html)

You could google-image search similar models and see if anything comes up.

Or, if you could find scans of department store catalogs or flyers from 87 or so (Kmart, sears, etc), you might find it there.

These pop up on eBay all the time, Emerson had a couple different variations of this stereo but the picture is clear enough you should be able to find a match.

I had a similar model, but with silver faced speakers. Had a chance to get another, but got shut down.

After doing some research, I think it might be the 2200 model but I was wondering if there is a specific letter attached to the model or something else helping to further nail it down. I appreciate all the responses. Please, if anyone has any other info, it's greatly appreciated.

That set looks familiar.I think I have one like that here somewhere.I would recommend to look at those old catalog sites like Sears.Consumer's Dist,Service Merchandise .JC Penny .ETC. .

http://www.wishbookweb.com/

I rather use one of these stereos then the current crop. The new ones suck.
