'40's Truetone radio/phono ID?

I picked up this '40's Truetone radio/phonograph at the flea market and am trying to find the model number and determine who made the record changer.

From the sticker on the back of the set, I'm 99.9% sure that the radio chassis was built by Admiral. There is a penciled date written on the warranty sticker that looks like 1944; but, this was likely a service date, since no new radios were being made in the US during that time.

The chassis is a standard AA5 with a electrodynamic speaker and I'm going to guess it was made in the early '40's.

Any help will be appreciated.
