Found model of my old upright tube..

Hi, i found the model of my old upright tube ardio which i made a previous post on. Its a W, G & C model 1A17-7C 3 band SW Floor radio.Looks pretty simple underneath.looks pretty simple underneath too. I even thought of trying to ID all the caps and fix it myself. Most have the values, but some of the coler coded ones are pretty worn off to be able to match with a chart, and i cannot read a schemat.Pick up is ok- if someone wants it, ill take a reasonable offer-I wanna give a good deal, but i dont wanna be rooked.im in kerrville, Tx. Any comments on this ol radio?

W.G. & C. indicates your radio was made by Wells Gardner & Co., who not only made sets with their own name, they also produced them under Montgomery Wards "Airline" badge.

Here's a diagram of your set. Looks to be a nice one as it contains a rf amp and a push-pull pair of 41's in the audio output
Good luck with it
