New member from NJ, longtime reader

Just wanted to say hi & greetings from the wonderful state of NJ. Longtime lurker here, though not a huge post-er I still like to read around & gain insight on forums like VK. Definitely love classic/vintage consumer & test electronics - radios televisions monitors stereos test-equipment etc.

Hi and greetings to you too. Seems that most of the good stuff shows up in Jersey.

Yeah, and be prepared to face stiff competition from technicolor if you're after combos.

Heck, I could have had one of the sets on my want list from Jersey if I had a four-figure disposable income for shipping.

Yes I certainly do - the thing is I'm clearing out that big 'ol basement right now and have & will continue to be parting with a lot of my excess gear. Maybe if anyone's interested at some point I'll link to some "for sale" goodies (for instance, right now have a NOS Dynascan B&K Precision 1077B on eBay maybe someone might find pleasing or interesting for working on vintage sets)

Good to see other members from the Garden State here too

KV1926R what's that in the avatar (car guy here)? Looks like maybe some type of sedan delivery (?)

That's the 1966 "Black Beauty" Imperial Crown from The Green Hornet TV series. It's Dean Jeffries' answer to the tenement-on-wheels Batmobile.

Ah thank you I couldn't tell and honestly I've never ever seen that car before - I searched it on Google and was surprised how customized it was! I'm going to have to show those pictures to my Dad.

Here's a website by the owner of the show's backup car, the only one to be restored with the correct Lucas Ranger lights:

440 actually, 1965 was the last year for the 413 in Chrysler-made cars. After that, I think only heavy trucks used the 413.
