Sencore CG-18 "Color Cadet" Dot-Bar Generator

I recently acquired one of these via online auction - it is filthy and the seller stuck it in a free box from the post office and braced one side with a broken-off piece of styrofoam. So I have no idea if it mechanically survived shipping yet. Cosmetically, the mirror on the inside of the lid came off and chipped.

Anyhow, there are three connections under the gun killer switches, but the original leads were not included. What type of connectors will I need to fabricate new leads for this? Or will I have to try and find a set of the original leads?

Here's a picture of what I'm asking about.

Also, does anyone know where I could get a manual for this?
