Unfortunately by doing that you run the risk of having the urea crystallize, and unless you find some way to seal out moisture permanently, the smell will eventually come back as things rehydrate from natural humidity.

You really shouldn't mix Bleach with Ammonia, or much of anything other than water really, very nasty things can happen. Even plain Bleach is pretty nasty if you breath the fumes.

Oh yeah, there are washers here that have a warning saying that mixing those will produce a toxic gas.

This x1000. Not only is the chloramine toxic, the chlorine gas itself is hazardous, and it doesn't take much to do damage. If you breathe it in/get it in your eyes it will react with the moisture in your cells and form acids. IIRC about 30 ppm is enough to do lasting damage.
