I've seen and worked on GE, Magnavox, Sylvania, Philco, Olympic, the Wells-Gardner and Warwick sourced sets and maybe a few others and they were all RCA built!
The final assembly was done in the respective manufacturers plants. The knobs, cabinets and front bezels were supplied by the resellers.
