I'd say go with the movie set price, but I have reasons to say that price is even to high. Too much without proof of it working that's for sure.

The second one is a KV-2643R. I think they had a KV-9400 in the kitchen. I haven't seen the movie but naturally I researched the TVs. :thmbsp:

I missed the part where the seller of the $79 set says he used someone elses picture because his set is packed up.

Says the fuse blows, bad HO transistor or flyback? I'd still buy the non working set for $600 less and hope it was fixable.

Great movie, I saw it a couple times in the theater back in 82.

As I recall Steven Spielberg didn't want to cast Heather O'Rourke because she was so young but she got the part because she did such a bang-up job acting terrified. Who knows if the movie would have been such a success without her.

As for the KV-2645RS, I think Walter Matthau uses one as his main set in Grumpy Old Men. I noticed a roundie as well while he was on his way to the Sony.
