That is really cool to see a working 21ct55 and you did a nice job on this set.
The 21axp22 is not as bright as a 21fjp22 but still shows a clear picture with deep rich color. You have a rare set and I think you should put the 21axp22 back in it. Just turn down the lights in the room when watching it.
Think someone on here did say that the 21axp22 has the same phoshors as the 15gp22, But not positive about that.

Re installed 21axp22 today.
With a few more adjustments will look great.
Now set has orig. tube installed. The tube should be ok.
Damage to socket was from pressure, when I found it
there were boxes of television parts on top of it.
I figured thats what damaged it.
As the socket looked to be pressed inward.
luck it did not break tube.
Anyway HAPPY NEW YEAR to everybody.

From what I see the green and blue need to be adjusted down to the red.
The red is a weak point with the 21axp22 and I think it is the same with the 15gp22. The raster looks awesome too. Almost done working on a ge round color set. {The horz current was creeping up but now it is under control}. Then I will start working on a ctc5. The meter was showing about the same emission as your crt so it should be interesting to see what the picture looks like.
Nice new years treat to see your set working. Thanks.
