FADA 721 clone?
1 Attachment(s)
I know FADA made 630 clones, is this a 721 clone?

I don't think so, the knobs are too far apart to be a 721 chassis. |
Thanks Eric. Well, it cannot come to live with me, but I hope someone get it!

Finally the price is down to reasonable.
These are nice looking sets and compact too, a bit of a pain to work on. http://cgi.ebay.com/VINTAGE-COLLECTI...QQcmdZViewItem |

I have this set in a blonde cabinet, and it is a quintessential Muntz TV, with features such at the 1 tube 6BG6 horizontal oscillator/output/damper. At only 14 tubes (plus CRT) the set plays well too. This is a classic set from the very beginning of the legendary Muntz TV era. |
Nice Muntz, I wonder if the knobs are correct though?
Looks like a couple of Zeniths on the outside and an RCA in the center. Quote:

Eric, you have a good eye. Check out this thread for photos of correct knobs.

I'm sure we'll be hearing about the resto shortly, so stay tuned! |
