those 2ep4 crts never did seem have the best focus in the world.
i would run it awhile as it is likely poisoned.if careful you can run it with the heaters at 50% higher voltage to help it along.maybe an hour or so and check for improvement.mine was rather sick till i did that and can sit off for months and still look good within about 20 seconds warmup.warning!iirc these have a 2.4 volt heater so dont assume 6.3 as it may flash and go open.
