Help Me Identify: GE Bakelite Tube Radio

Picked this up at another yard sale for $10. I really like it. AM, and sounds great. Has a model sticker on the back, but where the number should be, the sticker is too degraded to read. Can anyone tell me the model based on this picture?

Looks like model 404 or 405

Both are covered in Sams folder 121-6, 1951.
