can't see attachments

new member here. Looking thru posts, and can't view attachments. Looked at my settings. says html code is off. don't see any way to change that. So....how can I view others' attachments?

never mind......just realized that the one post I was trying to view has the picture removed. I can see others' posts pics

Now that your membership has been processed, can you still not see attachments? That should have been corrected by now.
