Found one of these digging around at GW today.
I haven’t tried to power it up yet. Looks like
someone had messed with it before. So I will
check to make sure everything is connected
properly and replace the lytic caps before attempting
to turn it on. Maybe someone here knows where
I can get an on-off \ volume knob to replace the one
that’s missing. I think this one originally came
with a leather (or leatherette) case.

If it was mine I would try it without changing the caps because I have stuff older than that with original electrolytics that work fine. However, it is certainly best to change them.
I wonder if some child turned those coil slugs as I had done once to see what they do. Looks like the white paint seal was broken on a couple.

Someone was definitely screwing with it.
It will most likely need an alignment once
its up and running.
