I was thinking along those lines too Andy, do you think the set is an RCA or a clone? It looks like a clone to me, like an Airline or possibly an Admiral.

If Doug cannot get and hold the set for me, which I hope he can, I will be going to get it {given someone doesn't buy it before I get there}. Does anyone want me to save the other set or radios if I have the space in the truck? I had my eye on the Grundig but if someone wants that let me know too. Keep in mind I will have a furniture dolly with me as well taking up space. I only want the roundie.

Wish I were there bud, i'd snatch it for ya :thmbsp:, and it really does look like a ctc-16 or a knock off.. Not sure my Audi would be happy with me though.. lol after my car's recent plethora of crap, it's lucky I dont rip the trunk off and pack it with tv's :scratch2:

NO problem,

I'll pick it up. Im only interested in zenith stuff pretty much these days. In fact, Im friends with the lady who is running the sale and she called to tell me about it as she knows I look for these sets. Its safe.
