Never heard of the Kingsley brand-but if you have a CRT and yoke in need of a home, this would be a fine one. This is real close to me so if anyone wants me to check it out, I'd be happy to.

Cool cabinet.

If the next from bottom knob is original, you could snag extra's from a late 1940's Zenith radio--they used those extensively.

The purists will shoot me for saying this...but it would look good converted to some other purpose, too. If it was in my area, I'd be sorely tempted to buy it, gut the remaining electronics and turn it into a stereo rack.

That's a classic example of a re-cabinet set. Looks like an RCA KCS-28 to me. (Re-cabineting was a process done in the early 50s whereby smalltime companies would buy 10" TVs from dealers where they were traded in, and they'd modify the chassis and put in a new cabinet with a larger tube, and sell retail for a little less than a "brand-new" larger TV).

Just curious-is that a ballast box on the chassis? Also, is this a 21'' set or is it smaller?
