Cathedrals with Push-Pull Audio
I know the early Philco Model 90 used a pair of 45's for it's audio, and the late versions used a pair of 47's.
What other cathedrals in the 1930-33 era had push-pull audio ? |
Are you familiar with the Usenet newsgroup, rec.antiques.radio+phono? I read it on Google Groups now and then. They've had threads on this subject. I remember one titled something like "Radios of consequence." Amazing what some of those antique radio geeks have in their heads.

Although it's not really a cathederal, the Majestic 71 used a pair of 71's in push-pull.

The Philco model 118 has a 45 driving two 45's in push pull, driving a seven inch speaker. Kinda like putting a V8 engine on a lawn tractor. Oh, wait, didn't the Tool Time Guy do that?
