Nice Hoffman combo
|
Seller says 1956, but it looks more like 1952 to me. Very unusual layout.

Geez, the location "Pacific Northwest...." If you're gonna sell something that someone's gonna have to pickup, couldn't you be a bit more specific?
The seller mentions a buyout by RCA - the scalloped knobs carried over I guess to the CT-100.... Cheers, |

Nice set, but what gets me is that it's the top of the line cabinet, with the CHEAP system. The better one had the radio & amp in the smaller compartment on the right, and this one appears to pipe the phono through the little one-tube amp in the TV. I hope you don't have to grope around back of the TV chassis to throw a slide switch from "TV" to "PH" to play a record. :scratch2:
And "Pacific NW" to me means San Francisco to all the way through British Columbia & Alaska; from Reno to the ocean. Charles |
