What is this thing?

It seems to have an actual CRT but no guts. I swear I've seen this on eBay before or one like it.

He doesn't say whether it contains any circuitry. It the photo, the tube appears to have a raster, but this could be daylight reflecting off the screen.:dunno:

Actually he does say it has "no other innards" other than the tube, which is a 3KP1.

I'm guessing it was a homemade toy and someone had a Scope tube laying around?
