If that's the same one, and I think it is, they "know it's worth at least $2500", but they're entertaining offers. I called on it last year. It's down near Mockingbird & 75. Note: I'm not 100% sure it's the same set, but it sure looks like it.

If it is the same set, maybe they're starting to see reason. Someone should still check on it just in case.

I tell people like that haul it back to the guy giving the inflated value and tell 'em you'd like to have the cash now. If it's truly worth that much, he should be willing to write a check on the spot, knowing he can easily resell it. If not . . . hot air is cheap.

I sent the guy an email, but cant say he seemed the friendliest. He basically told me to send him an offer or don't attempt to contact him again. What a bag! If he still has it when I get home again (I'm in Tampa right now), I'll send him an offer and see what he says.

If someone else gets it before I get home, then that makes one less set I have to worry about hauling across Texas!! :)

With that attitude, someone should send him an offer to charge him $25 to come safely remove it.
