I sent the guy an email telling him I would post on a TV list, and thanking him for not wanting to give to the scrappers.

I like the "free to enthusiasts, not scrappers" statement. Heck, a free roundie. Someone on this board is in the northwest, right?

That's Zenith's last roundie from '67, very good performer and I'm not surprised at all about it still working. Mine does too on all original parts aside from someone replacing a few tubes and the CRT.
